Default Lowered on +40 offset?

I am looking to run a 18x8(I dont want to hear it) +40 wheel, with a 245/40/18 all the way around. I will want to lower the car as well. How low can I go? I would prefer Sportlines, but I will settle on a Pro-Kit.

Pics with similar setups welcome.

Bag it - with a 8" wheel, you can run as low as a 12mm offset

I was more worried about the fender lip as opposed to the inner fender

I had HP Evos (38 mm offset), lowered 1.2" with Strano springs. No problems.

You would be good with a 255/40/18.

So here is my projected setup...

Drag Dr37 Flat Black

18x8 +40 All around

245/40/18 up front
265/40/18 on the rears

Lowered on Sportlines and decent shocks

****The wheels will be widened later on in the cars life***
