315 in rear, size for front?
Im about to order C4 Zrl 1984-96 replica style rims, black with machined lip. The back is 17x11 .50 offset, front is 17x9.5 .38 offset. For sure the back is going to be a 315/35/17 nt05 by Nitto. The front ones are going to be Nitto as well ( nt555 though for better traction since its a daily), which comes in a few nice sizes, im just not sure which will look the best? i doubt 315s in the front as well would be good, so should i get 275s or 285s? i know its not much of a difference but it matters to me lol. there both 40, but 275s have .5 more tread depth than the 285s if that matters. thanksss

You will not notice a difference in width. the 275 is measured on a 9.5" rim and its section width is 11.02". The 285 is measured on a 10" rim with a section width of 11.38". You will be mounting it on a 9.5" rim so you will lose .2" of section width per inch so .1". Will you really notice a tire width difference of 1/8" on the inside and 1/8" on the outside? Since the 285 is .4" taller than the 275, any visual wider width will be absorbed by the additional height.
