Crub rash repair

I want to paint some factory aluminum rims on my wife's car. They have a bit of curb rash/ deep scratches. Is thre any typs of metal filler for wheels like these? Can these be repaired before painting?

Check your local wheel repair shop. I know a few around me that can fix curb rash for pretty cheap.
