Default Opinions on tire

Currently I have Toyo Proxy T1R's 285/40/18. Now I am looking at the Nitto NTO5R 305/45/18. However, the car is still at stock height and I can't remember my offset. Just curious if those 305 might work. If not, I can go with the 285/40/18 NTO5R's. The pic below is how the car looks now with the Toyo's. Any and all suggestions are welcome

Toyo Inflated dimensions: 26.9 (currently on car)
Nitto 285/40/18 is 27.09
Nitto 305/45/ 18 is 28.90

How 'bout a 295/40R18? That's what I'm running. I think the 45 profile on the 305's will be too tall. What's the width of the wheel?

It think it's 9 or 9.5...can't remember. Bought these two years ago. I can't find those 295/40R18's. Do you have a link for those?

Judging from the pics, I'd say it's a 9" width because those 285's bulge a tiny bit. If that's the case, you would not be able to run 305's or 295's. 285's are more for 9.5" rims.

I think you might be right. I am going to have to do some more digging.

I think I will stick with the 285 for now. With my new dyno #'s, I need to go wide as I can...guess that's 285 (pushing it) on these wheels.
