Default Offset help

I found some wheels that comes in 20x8.5 35mm & 20x10 40mm. I have two questions. 1) how much will the 35mm stick out up front 2) Will I have to do any modding to get 20x10 to work up front?

Those widths and offsets should work perfect - just to be safe, get the BFH ready and get your fenders rolled
