Pitted rims leaking air
So my stock Z28 pitted chrome rims are leaking air, if I remove the tires can I spray some kind of primer all around the inside to seal them? What would be the best solution to fixing these temporarily until I get new rims?

You wont be able to tell until you take the tire off. I had the same problem with one of my stock chrome 5 stars. There was so much pitting and corrosion along the edge where the bead seals that it was trashed.

Get the tire off, take a wire wheel to it to clean off all of the corrosion and the chrome is probably peeling as well so all that **** will need to be removed only around the bead.
Once cleaned up get a product called Bead Sealer and apply that all around the bead and that will stop your leaks.
OR use this as an excuse and upgrade your rims!

my wifes grand am had the same problem when we got it but luckily they covered buying all 4 new rims, i think they do make an inner rim sealer that they put around the bead to keep it from leaking, its some nasty **** though if it gets on the outsides
