Default Talk to me about the MT ET Street Radial and Radial II

Hi guys,

I'm currently running NT05's out back because I thought they'd stick better than my 555R's. I was wrong.

Now, with my 402 I'd like an even stickier tire. I'm looking for Mickey's.

Now my question is: What's the major difference between thee MT ET Street Radial and the MT ET Street Radial II? Obviously the tread pattern, but what else? The MT website says they are the same compound, but how much will the tread pattern play in the effectiveness as a DD tire?

Has anyone run both as a DD tire?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

-Mike

You don't make enough to need those....lol!

Why did you think a street tire was going to hook better? Throw them up front and run a NT05R outback

Theyre the same R compound IIRC, the tread pattern on the series 2s is more rain friendly.
