If so what size tires and what back spacing will I have to have?

yes 19's will fit, Im currently running 265/30/19 all the way around

yes they fit, I have 295/30/19s in the rear with no issues on my 2002 WS6

I have 9.5" 19s 40mm bs and a 275/30 and room.

I have 19x8.5 front with 245-35-19's and19x9.5 rear with 275-30-19's.

I have 19x8.5 front with 245-35-19's and19x9.5 rear with 275-30-19's.
