I just got a set of TSW cray scorpions for my car. These wheels came off of a C6 vette, but going on a 98 T/A. My question is what spacer do I need, and what would be the best tire size to work on this set up? The front wheels are 18x9.5, and the rear wheels are 19x10.5. My car is lowered with BMR 1.25 springs.

i was actually looking for the fitment on some staggered vette wheels for my ws6...dont have them on it yet.

im looking for tires now. these are the size that are supposed to be on them:

245 40 18

285 35 19

I think my wheels are a half inch wider than factory though. So wouldnt I need a wider tire, and spacer? I would like to have the side walls the same, not a a fatter tire in the front. I think it lookes kinda funny that way. Could I do 275/30/18 front 295/30/19 rear?

Front is 18" ET 25 rear is 19" ET 20. I dont know what ET is, but I know it has to do with backspace. What spacer do I need for the rear? 1.25" or 1"?

Did you get your wheels lined out? I have been looking at the scorpion wheels in 18" x 9" and possibly the 18" x 10.5" for the rears. The 50mm offset on the 18" X 9" will probably fit perfect but the 18" x 10.5 has a 65mm offset that will require a spacer. I don't know if I want to mess with a spacer even if it is hub centric. A 1" spacer will basically move the offset to about 44mm.

I used this thread to do some of my research. There is plenty out there and I see contradictions from site to site.
