Default Offset Help

I have a 93 Z28 with Wilwoods front and back. I'm currently running Win wheels but wanted a wider tire in back so I picked up 2 17x11 Torq Thrust 2 46mm offset off craigslist which seem to fit the back. I just bought 2 17x9.5 TT2 46 mm for the front which do not clear the brakes. From my measurements I need about 1/4 inch. The company I got them from said he has a set that are 33 mm offset which should get me 1/2 inch. Does anyone know if this will work? I dont have a problem rolling the fenders but I do not want them out past after I roll them. I also do not want to run a spacer. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!!

So are you saying that the TT2s with a +33offset is the same as the +46 but with just a thicker mount pad?

Not thicker, just closer to the centerline of the wheel
