can someone please tell me the specs or part number for the front rims I need?
Im looking for the billet specialties street lites 4in width rim. im not sure what offset i need

I think 2.5" but I would call MWC (+they have the best prices)

No. you don't want the 2.5 back space. It will never fit with the brakes. You need the 1 3/4 back space. Minimal grinding on the caliper and they go right on or use a little sapcer

My bad...that's why I said I THINK. My 17x7 have 4.5bs and fit perfect.
Should definitely let the "seller" spec for you that way THEY are accountable.
