New CF5 Forgestar on '95 Z28 convertible Here's some pics of my new set up.
I went with 18x9.5/ offset 40mm on all four corners. Tires are awesome! Continental extreme contact dws 275/35/18.
Goodbye to the factory 16inch wheels! I'm not lowering because the roads are crap where i live and its my daily driver. But i am thinking of doing a BBK. Any recommendations? Thinking of Brembo calipers...and do they make a blank rotor?
The wheels were so nice looking when i unpacked them that i did not want to get them dirty! The quality is excellent! Ordered from Modbargains and dealt with Elliott. He was great! Very efficient and extremely helpful through the whole process.
The car is a little dirty...needs a wash.
Edit: forgot to mention weight...total per wheel and tire is 47.5 pds. The factory weight for the tire is 26lbs. The old 16's are 42 to 43 lbs with bald yokohama avs...probably 45 lbs new. So the forgestars are light!
