Default Stock C6 ZR1 Wheels on an F Body?

I'm really considering buying some stock C6 ZR1 wheels 19x10 for my 2002 Trans Am. My question isn't whether it will look good or not, it's whether it will fit without having to make any modifications. If it won't fit, I'll probably get some off of OE wheels that will.

If there is a thread on this already, please point me in the right direction! Thanks

So you're looking at OEM ZR1 wheels? IMO 19's are a tad big. You need to know the offset as well.

I think you'd be best buying a set from OE wheels.

The pic below is OEM front ZR1 wheels on a Camaro. The fronts are 19x10 with 40mm offset and should go on without modification. Youd lose a 1/10 of an inch on the inside clearance and they would stick out 9/10 of an inch more than stock 17x9. So your gonna have to do some imagining there. Make sure if you buy you are getting 4 fronts, the stock rear rim is 20x12 with a 59mm offset and would need some banging in the wheel well to fit. Also make sure the 19x10 wheel is 40mm offset, as there are 19x10 wheels sold with a 79 mm offset to facilitate the stock base C6 rear rim size. You would need a spacer with a 79 mm offset wheel.

This is the only car I've ever seen the OEM ZR1 wheels on. All others have been replicas. If you search on here theres a few TA's with replica's.

After doing a little more research, I think I'll probably just buy some from OE Wheels. It'll be a lot less of a hassle. Thanks for the replies

no man go with the oem c6 z06 wheels. they look better. 19x12 looks badass too, it isnt that hard to fit. you gotta cut your bumpstops, install a adjustable panhard, and do the BFH mod. takes probably 2hours to get them to fit good. that even counts undercoating the innerfender.

I do like the C6 Z06 wheels, but I see a 4th gen with those wheels at almost every car show I go to. Never seen ZR1 wheels on a 4th gen. I do agree that the Z06 wheels look good on our cars, but they're a little played out IMO.

I don't want to run wheels that big or I would try it, but Ive been waiting for someone to put the ZR1/Z07 cup wheels on a 4th gen. Its the same sizes/offsets as the multi-spoke ZR1 wheels, and I think it would look incredible.

This wheel. They came in silver, comp grey, matte black, matte black with red stripe outline, machined face with gunmetal ports, machined face silver ports.

Those cup wheels look nice, Pewter00TA! And I'd prefer to run 18s on my car. The 19s were only ever a consideration because that's what size the ZR1 wheels I was looking at were.
