Default What street/strip front tires for 17x4.5in. Weld Alumastars
I know this has been asked before but the tires I was looking at (Hoosiers and mickey Thompson) only have a h (130 mph) rating. Are there any better options?

That's what I,m looking for. The rims are 4.5x17 not a lot of options that I can find.

I know Nitto dr's have a higher rating, but then again they are not as sticky as the others you've mentioned. Have you looked into Toyo Proxes TQ dr's?

Anyone who read the title should have know you were looking for front tires. Who the hell would run a 17x4.5 wheel on the rear?
