17" skinnies tire advice

The car will see very little street driving maybe 400 miles a year. My question is should I get a bias ply or a radial front tire?

I would opt for the radial, but that's just me. What size 17 front wheel is it?

Bias ply will be lighter and if you run a bias ply rear you'll want one anyways.
