Default Wheels for a 4th Gen with a 3rd Gen rear???

I changed out the rearend in my 97 Z to a 3rd Gen 9" rearend. Bolts right up, just 1.5" shorter on each end. Not sure what offset I now need with this setup. Want the wheels as wide as possible and put as deep a dish on them as I can.
Thanks,
Rob

So you'll want wheels with 1.5" less back spacing or 38mm less offset .
That means if you want a 17 x 11" wheel to fit like it does with a standard width rear with a +50mm offset , you instead would need to get a +12mm offset.

Do a little math. 1.5"=38mm. Stock 9" wide wheels are 50mm offset. If you wanted the wheel to sit in the same place youd need a wheel with 12mm offset. Or a 0mm or slightly negative offset to be more flush with the top of the wheel well. 1010tires offset calculator is really helpful.
