Default Fitment: OE C5 DD Wheel 18" x 10.5"

I have read through many threads about 18” x 10.5” wheel fitment. I am considering the C5 18” x 10.5” DD 5 spoke design with Nitto NT05 295/35/18. My question is for those who have them is did you have to do any modifications whatsoever? If so, what? I am lowered with Hotchkiss springs. It looks like I should be find with clearance. I currently have a 9.5” with 1”+ clearance on both sides. Thanks in advance.

Pictures would be great.

Anybody?

I've read in other threads about close fitment with 18" x 10.5" but wanted to get input on the above wheel from OE. Thanks.

I had the c5 z06 wheels on my 95 z28. 18 x 10.5 rears. The only thing I remember doing was having to bump in the inner fender wells in a couple spots from rubbing. After that no problems. I was also at stock height. There are some pics of it in my profile.

Yeah I'm wondering the same thing. I've heard mixed explanations of being able to run them. I'm looking at a set of C5 Z06 that are all 18x10.5.

I have 18x10.5" on all four corners. The previous owner completely removed the bump stops on my car, so they're removed. I also banged the inner fender a bit to make sure nothing would rub. I'm not sure if you'd need a Adj. PHR, as I have a Watts Link, but I'm sure you'll need one. I also rolled the fender, but I did that later...it wasn't needed. I plan to put a very small spacer on the rear, which isn't needed, I just want it to be right inside the fender.

For the fronts, they would fit, but I put a 1/2" spacer on so it would be completely flush with the front fenders. Again, this wasn't needed, I just wanted to them look better, IMO.

Also, it's lowered with a pro kit, and a spring isolator in the rear(similar to a garden hose mod).

Here are a few pictures.

I like how you rear wheels sit in the fender. I think I'll go with a 15mm. If I were you, I'd get a 1/2" spacer for the front. Makes them even with the front fender.

That's the plan. I need to either get loner studs first or an adapter with new studs. Other priorities first though ha.

Thanks I love the tires. They are so fun to take corners with.
