Will they hook and work on zo6 Motorsport 18x10.5 rim specs say 10-12 I'm want to put on my 03 c5 for traction at street drags

They are not a drag tyre! They are road race, you will likely over heat them in the burn out, they are not designed for instant heat.
At a certain point in road racing they lose grip through heat & over wear.

The 888 is a terrible tire. I used a set for only a couple of week ends (road racing) and then dumped them. They wear out really quick, faster than a Hoosier A6. And they get hot really fast, and get greasy.

If you're looking for a drag tire, this is not it.

If you are looking for a street type tire that will hook without a burnout, then they are great, and yes they will work on that size wheel. I have been running them on the street for 3 years now and they are holding up great. Noisy on the highway though and very stiff sidewalls. I don't know how well they will hold up to burn outs though since that is not their intended purpose.

Same thing I was going to say. I have 315/30/18 on the rear with 18x10.5 and 275/35/18 on the front with 18x9.5. I love them for the street and corners are a blast. Never been to the strip with them so I wouldn't know about drag performance on them.
