Default Racestar drag wheels

Are these 15" wheels a direct fit front and rear with out grinding and spacers? Any sponsors having specials if they are direct fit?

I have 15x10 Race Star Dark Star rears, and I had to grind the littlest bit off the passenger side rear caliper (where the fins are). Driver's side was no issue. I'm running the 17 Race Star Dark Stars on the front, so they were fine.

I wonder why you would have to grind some only on the passenger side.

I suppose it could be because I don't have an adjustable panhard bar, so the rear may not be 100% centered.

Oh, I had heard the direct drills didn't need any grinding.

I have racestars for my slicks and skinnies in 15 inch and had no grinding whatsoever. They bolted right on.

You're going to be really happy with them. I think the best thing about my Dark Stars is the finish. When I opened the boxes, I was blow away with how nice they look and with the quality of the wheel. They look even better once you get them mounted up.

I ordered the polished 15" all the way around. Smoking deal with free shipping! Trying to find a deal on tires now.

Tirebuyer.com is a good place to start. If you want Mickey's, then hit up mccormackracing.

Just make sure you order from a place that does free shipping and no "handling" charges.

This, I just ordered from a place comparable to Jegs that had the same price but no shipping. $20 is $20, pays for mount and balance on one wheel

Shipping is never really free, it's typically $20-25 per wheel and dealers (like me) just put that into the total.

True, but when the overall total is $20 to $30 cheaper, I think most are looking at the "total" cost, especially when it's the exact same product. No sense in paying more for the same product.
