How much have the C6 wheels slowed your fbody?

How much have the C6 wheels slowed your fbody? Just want to get some facts on how much do C6 wheels really slow down our cars. I just got some OEM C6 wheels for my formula and felt a little difference. The benefit of the C6 wheels is that Im able to get better traction. I had the stock 16 inch wheels and didnt get any traction all all with those. There is a about 7lbs weight difference between the C6 wheel vs the stock 16 inch. But, only about 2-3lbs difference between the c6 vs the ws6 or ss wheels. In my opinion the C6 wheel is a great wheel choice for our cars but, that's just my opinion. What do you guys think?

The thinner sidewall makes the ride harsher and not as easy to get traction with.
