New c6 wheels on modded TA intital reactions questions So, picked up like new real OEM vette 2006 wheels; Eagle F1-minus the gobbs of tire dressing that were on the wheels (sidewalls and tread
) the 19x11 18x10 setup is going well w 1.25" spacer in rear. I am noticing in some ways it is putting the power down far better, yet others it seems to break loose and slip more.
I am unsure if I should attribute this to the silicon based BS they put on wheels or other rotational inertia factors?
I did scrub the hell out of the wheels today to get that awful BS off teh car, but now its raining so it will be tough to tell.

if you do have oem wheels, they are 18x8.5 and 19x10. fyi. and for the front you may just have to scrub till youre satisfied, the rears just do some burnouts and it should eat up whatever's on the tread
