I picked up a set of used vette c6 wheels for my trans am. The goodyears on them are old and warn. Been looking into new tires and don't see a lot available in the 285/35/19 size.

stumbled across ACCELERA PHI 2 seems to be a foreign tires from the UK.
Curious if anyone is running them and if I can get some honest feedback?

I don't mind spending some bucks on decent tires but damn this wide 19" size is priced ridiculous. I've been looking for the past few weeks on and off and keep hitting a brick wall.

I was considering to just run some drag radials in the back and those seem to exceed $300 a piece. Prefer to have a street tire though, get caught in the rain a lot.

It's too bad that wanli or nexen doesn't make the 19" size, I ran both of those those all the way around and loved them on two different cars...

Fronts are 245/40/18 very common size...
Rears are 285/35/19 not so common.

anyone have any recommendations? I did see some firestone firehawk wife oval 500 - that seemed nice.

Just want to steer away from goodyear, not had good luck with them in the past. Want to see what you guys have ran.
