Which Bias-Ply drag tire for M6, 4.11 car
Good afternoon everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any solid input of what tire i should run., it is a H/C/I 99 SS with a mwc 9" shortened 2.25" per side and rev limiter is set to 6800rpm, currently running 15x10 Bogart D10's with 5.5" Backspacing on a 275/50r15 et street radials cutting 1.75 60ft. I wanna switch to a bias ply radial, hoosier qtp, et street, mh cheater slick etc because im getting a 2 step, however; I would like to avoid rolling the fenders or the bfh mod if possible, what size and tire brand do ya'll recommend thanks!

I had the best luck with MT ET street 28x10.5 (1.48 - 1.52's)
I ran the hoosier QTP 28'' before and the results were not as good.

Typically a manual car needs dual adjustable rear shocks to keep from unloading...along with the other supporting suspension mods. My combination has produced a 1.58 on just engine (no nitrous) but I am also unloading because of my single adjustable shocks. I just removed the manual and installed a 4L80 but havn't been to the track with the auto yet
