Yea. I found a great deal on a pair with 4.5 backspacing that's why I was asking.

It will fit but be sticking 3" out passed fender on a stock lengthed rear end. For a 4.5 bs wheel the rear will need to be narrower 3" to fit in stock location

Not with a stock rear end no, it will stick out way too far to be safe.
