I believe they are like CCW in that you have to buy them directly from FIKSE.

I called Fikse and send an email with no response ! .. Are they still in business ?

I just got some parts from Alan @Fikse last month. He did claim they were having email issues. If he doesn't respond in 24 hours send him a "new" email.
