It took me close to 5 months. Dealing with Fikse was not a pleasant experience for me but I couldnt be happier with the product. Customer service was ****. Danny G who I initially dealt with left the company midway through the process. They were switching plants and I always had to call them for updates when I was promised a return call. I dont remember what they quoted me originally. I was under the impression it would be quick because I got a great deal since they had FM10 faces lying around. They always assured me it would be out of the door soon and then months went by.

They are nice wheels, but CCW's are nicer, and MUCH better customer service. And yes, I've owned both Fikse and CCW's.

Not sure, but no where near half a year. I would say a month or less for CCW's. I got mine second had, but my buddy ordered straight from CCW and had his in less than a month.

Ive never owned CCW's but I have seen them up close and personal. They are nice wheels and one day sooner than later I might sell my FM10s and grab some CCWs. As far as the better wheel not subjective to looks its got to be Fikse hands down. Love the three piece, their stupid light, and man they are pretty. Rise did you not get both sets of wheels used?

Just to make it clear to everyone, I never said that the CCW wheels are better quality than the Fikse wheels. I like the looks of the CCW wheels better. Both companies wheels are high quality, as they should be for the price. Where CCW really shines is in the customer service part. When spending that much money on a set of wheels, you are not only paying for the wheels themselves, but also for all that goes along with it, like dealing with a company that is honest, gets back to you, and acts like they care about you. I don't think those things can be said about Fikse.

^Did you order either wheel new though? I remember you having some rough FM5s for a vette that you practically gave away and 19&20 inch 505s that were nice but way too big. I got my wheels brand new $1000 cheaper than a set of CCWs would be in 18s. When I was dealing with Danny it seemed like he returned my PMs within minutes. He told me about the deal he had before posting on the forum , I ordered immediately. The wait sucked but for what I paid I got a hell of a deal. When Danny left **** hit the fan. I ordered right when the company changed ownership, moved their facility, and hired new employees. I feel like your opinion of customer service is solely based on what you read about them on here and how quick they respond when you ask them about their wheels.

Yep...you did....hater.

I dont regret getting Fikse's....no one should. Bought them at a time where we had a rep we could rely on and helped through the process. Yes, they were slow, but that time it took was considered avg and wasnt in a hurry anyway. Now.....seeing what's changed over the past few years, I'd tend to lean else where.

You guys got some thin *** skin if you think I was "hating" on Fikse. They are great wheels, no doubt. I just don't think people should spend money with places who treat customers like that. If thats "hating" then I'm fine with that. Ain't here to make friends or sugar coat ****.

Did that fix it? What caused it to leak?
