Default What drag setup to go with?

I'm looking into getting a drag pack for this season but can't decide on what to go with. I'm really torn between RTS, Billet specialties, and race stars. They all are around the same price and weigh about the same (?) I believe. I've also seen Weldstar R/t wheels which look almost exactly like rt-s but they are significantly more expensive, why is that? Sizing wise 15x4 and either 15x8 or 10 (running a 26" 275 et street). What does tech think will look good on my LT? I'm trying to make the LTX shootout this year and I need a big/little setup to be competitive

I would go with the Racestar Dark Stars, 15x4 and 15x8. A 275 M/T Drag radial fits perfect on an 8'' wheel.

it all depends on you man, but the racestars will be the heaviest of them all so if weight is a big factor to you, you may just want to consider the rts or billet specialties then.

You can't really go wrong with any of them. I'm partial to the Race Star Dark Star wheels. They really do look great, and the quality/finish is second to none.

Coming from someone that had racestars and sold them, I wouldn't go with race stars. They are heavy, the finish is iffy and they seem to be going up in price which IMO erases their one benefit. I am torn between RT-S and BS like you. Right now I'm leaning towards BS because I think their 17" front runner looks better and I'm not a fan of the RT-S in polished. I'm kind of burnt out on black wheels. If I made an exception it would be for the welds though, the black centers look awesome.

Honesty. I like it. They are heavy, my car gained nothing at the track with them. I sold mine also. If youre auto you dont need a 15 to cut 1.6 short times.
