I want to say OE wheels made them at one point in time, although they don't list them any more.

yeah looks like he black chromed them by the thread. In chrome if you right click the image and hit "search google for this image" you can find the thread http://www.ls1.com/forums/f35/black-...camaro-118156/

He called it black chrome Z06 so I assume he just used black out chrome on the rims to give that effect

Amazon.com: Dupli-Color SHD1000 Shadow Chrome Black-out Coating Kit: Automotive Amazon.com: Dupli-Color SHD1000 Shadow Chrome Black-out Coating Kit: Automotive

Then here is the OEwheels link to the rims but they aren't the same color but appear to be the same rims.

Maybe try posting up in the "Got OE Wheels" thread and see if they can still do a finish like that. I'm guessing if they were it was from their old factory before OE wheels switched manufacturers since the thread is from 2009. The rims you posted certainly look sexy.

I just got these from OE and I pulled off black chrome C6 Z06's. Not sure where the old ones came from but the finish on th center caps seemed to be breaking down.
