Need help picking tires for 15x5 race stars

Need help picking tires for 15x5 race stars I have some prostars for the rear with 275x50x15's, and just got a good deal on a set of 15x5 race stars for the front. I want to fill my wheel wells as good as possible. I'm at stock height. Will a 275x60x15 fit fine in the rear? Also since the wheels are a little wider, would I be okay with a 195 passage car tire up front, or should I stick with 8 ply m/t's?

Leaning towards the nexon cp672 195/65r15. They have a load rating of 91 which is the same as the Goodyear super car tires on my street tires, and a speed rating good to 130 mph which is faster than my car will see on the track, and very rarely sees on the street for more than 2-3 seconds here or there...
