To Seal Against Road Film Prior To Install....What Is Recommended????

If they are chrome or painted I would just use a good wax - polymer that you would just on the body of your car.

I've had good results with mothers aluminum polish with those rims before I sold them. Using an aluminum polish is your best bet unless you want to get them clear coated
