What type of wheels are they? You can try to find a local wheel specialist place and have them machine some of the wheel off of the hub, to give you more backspacing so they get brought in towards the inner wells some more? That's what I would try, other than rolling the lips.

An airbag or stiffer springs may help, but the correct wheel offset would be best.

i have eibach drag launch springs and an airbag on the passenger side. the drivers side is rubbing even with no air in the bag. i stiffined up my rear shocks (strange adjustables) but its just to bumpy a ride now

I used to have rubbing problems when i had centerlines because of the wacked out offset.
I got one of those small pairs of visegrips and rolled the fender. Used a piece of cardboard so i would not damage the paint. All i did was roll the inner lip where the metal gets thin. Hard to explain without showing someone. Just do it slow and depending on where you run you might only have to roll little bits of it.

You will need to use a little more graceful tool, called a fender roller. You will also need a heat gun to prevent the paint from cracking.
You can probably rent a fender roller from an auto parts store, or you can buy one for about $300. I would suggest renting it.
