Skinnies w/spacers ???Longer Lug???

What are my options? Do I have to go with longer lugs? Which ones? If I do have to go to a longer lug will my stock rims sill fit?

I have 15x4's with 5/16" spacers. I used slightly longer studs from a local parts store. Think they are about 5/8" longer than stock. Work perfect and I can still use my closed end lugs with the TT2's.
