Default Question on Weld Drag Rims

I liked the looks of the AlumaStars and the Magnum Drags and wondered if you can run them on an F-body and if you can run them on the street or not? I acutally saw someone running these on ESPN and thought they were the first drag tire combo I really liked. Of course they are probably a fortune and need mucho grinding but I guess I'd ask anyway.

Anyone got any pictures of either of these on an f-body?

minus the gold centers and bead lock

OR

with these up front

15X10 and 6 inch BS with a 3 inch narrowed rear end. They are MUCH lighter then a pro star. In the pictures the car is shown with a 275/60/15 MT Drag Radial tire.. 28 inches tall

yeah... now I was wishing I had the Moser shortened when I bought it after seeing those...

Can you get them in something a bit more street friendly so you can swap back and forth or do you have to go ***** out with that setup?

This might be retarded but do you drive that on the street much (if at all) with that setup?

Johnny5, no street duty for my car, the wheels are really for racing only and dont think they would do well on the street with a pot hole.. etc..

Mstngkiller, at the time of the picture, i just had 5/8th studs in the rear end and the wheels had not been drilled or screwed for screws. i am having the wheels "beedlocked" so that will solve that problem. I really dont know how well a 7.5 would work with a stock setup cause I never tried it.
