There are no "best" wheels, but if you have $$$, forged are the strongest. You'd be looking to spend ~$1K per wheel. Fikse, HRE and Iforged are just a few that make them. If you're not looking to spend that much, you might want to look on Tirerack or Discount Tire, or perhaps Ebay.
