bfg dr owners, how many miles did you get out of them?
i tried a search, but didint find much. i know nittos last longer (that's what i have now), but i may change to bfg's next time i need new tires. my car is a daily driver so treadwear is a concern. im just wondering how many miles people have gotten out of them...thanks!

i got 12k miles on them and had 10 passes as well. they were pretty good if you arent the type of guy who likes to burn tires all the time. just control yourself and abuse them at the track only. thats all.

btw...im at the track alot and I try to mimic John forces burnouts
dunno if its me, or the design/compound. I still think the new design is stickier. Its a helluva good investment even if I buy two sets a season.

take in mind that I am an idiot driver. every red light is a chance to practice my launch and 0-60, every construction zone an autocross practice, every newly paved street/parking lot a chance to leave my signature. I am aggressive

absolutely!! But seriously, when you think about the advantages of Drags on the street or track. Think of how much you gain. Think that just a tire will get you at least 2/10ths at the track and generally 4/10ths or better on the street. That alone is worth it to me to pay full price for a set or two of drags per year. I havent worked here for 11 years, but Ive been racing that long.
