How would I go about removing fine scracthes from chrome?

Have them rebuffed. They shouldn't have fine scratch's to begin with if they buffed them right when they chromed them.

The chrome polish I use is called wenol. it's in a little blue tube and costs like $10. You will probably have to buy it over the net, the only place I have found it is at swap meets. It's incredible stuff though, you won't be let down. Just remember, the more you rub, the better the results!
