Default Speed-rated Radial Frontrunners.....

Are any of the major tire mfg. making a high speed-rated 165Rx15 skinny frontrunner radial tire? I'm tired of running the unsafe, crappy VW-style and low speed-rated 15" Frontrunners. We've all got too much money tied up in our cars to chancing one of these pieces of crap blowing out as we cross the finish line--Not to mention we could lose our life if it DID ever happen...I'm wanting a good speed-rated skinny, lightweight 165x15 size, good balancing street-strip RADIAL front tire... They're making radial drag-street tires, and even radial full slicks---why can't they make a good radial skinny front? Comments??? WJ
