Default What is offset/backspacing for a 71 Camaro?

Will our 50mm offset and 7" back spacing fit?

I have a Buddy that is looking at TT2's for his ride.
He might buy 4-11x17's and I could trade him 2 of my 9.5's for the front. Then I can stuff some meats on the 11's in back.

Are they compatable?

Thanks!

The older cars have negative offsets, where newer cars have positive offsets. See the thread about offsets etc.

So honestly even though the lug pattern of the current genration Camaro is the same as a 71 Camaro, the offsets will not work. The tires would look all sucked into the wheel wells. I know Vette Brake Products made huge spacers to be able to mount newer Vette wheesl onto the older Camaros and Corvettes.
