Default Got the Fikses on

This last weekend I picked up some Fikse fm5's for the ride. The rears are 17x11. Now it needs to be lowered. Having a hard time deciding how to go about it.

Eibach Pro-kit with revalved Bilstein/Koni setup! Nice ride. I like the hood.

looks good, what color is it? it looks darker than the pewter color from GM, maybe its just the frost. wheels look great, i second the prokit/bilstein setup. i plan on swapping over to that once i get back into the suspension. i wouldnt go with the sportlines from eibach, i speak from experience

Don't do the Pro Kit . . . you'll regret it. Get DMS or Hotchkis.

Damn, I just saw your car with the wheels on it today up at school! They looked amazing; those 315s are so wide in the back! Did you get them used or buy them new?

There is nothing wrong with the Pro-kit, unless you don't have shocks that can properly dampen the springs. If you get the revalved Bilstein/Koni setup from Strano that I mentioned above, you will not have ANY issues, unless you can't appreciate an excellent handling car.. Good luck.

Thanks
I got them used. Those 315's dont look nearly as wide as the BFG's will in that size either. Those look plum ridiculous. Once I roast these off, I'll be getting a set of the BFG's. Was that you trying to get me to play on the road in front of the school?

thanks for all the compliments guys.
Here in the next month its fixin to get ugly. It'll be all painted up and modded to the hilt. I'm

Those wheels make the car look sweet. It will look great lowered. I have the Granateli Springs with a 1.5 drop. I like it. It's not to low but definetly a difference.

I've had Eibachs before (pro-kit) and the car rode like crap. Those springs are pretty harsh. I've got the Hotchkis springs now, and the car rides like stock. I highly recommend the hotchkis stuff if you like a smooth ride.
