Need Advice On What Size Tire I Should Go With I'm getting a 17X10 rim on my 2000 SS. I know the factory tire size is 275/40R17. Should I stay with that size or should I maybe go with a 285/40R17. I'm not sure what the width is on the factory rim. I'm pretty sure it isn't 10" wide. I'm afraid if I stay with the factory size, it will look too low profile. So I was thinking about going slightly wider to fill it in, but I also don't wanna go too much. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! It is a 38mm offset. Will that be ok too?
