If a rim has been bead screwed can radial be mounted on it?

Just as the tilte say if a rim has bee screwed could a radial be mounted on it or would it have to be screwed too??????????
Any info would be great

it wont make a difference. The previous owner of my rims had them screwed...and i dont use the screws and they are fine. just make sure theres no burrs on the inside of the holes.
