Default Bigger Drag Radial on stock tire?

Hey guys whats up, I was wondering if it was better to run a bigger size tire (ex. 275 tire on a stock 97 z28 wheel (8inches) or should I just get the 245/50/16 like it says. I have heard of lots of people doing this but wasn't sure it it helped or not. These will be nitto drag radials BTW. Thanks alot, Dave.

MT ET streets 26-10.5x16 of your looking for a tire to fit on your stock wheels and give you good traction.

SmokedOutZ28, where at in IL are ya from?

I ran 245/50/16 Nitto 555R's on my car last year. And they worked great. But if you want, BFG has the 255/50/16 DR, that will work out for ya too.
