Rim and Tire Change?
The question I have is I'm changing from:
255X50X16 to 275X40X17.
How will my Speedometer read (Change.)
The turning I have is for the 255X50X16
Thanks in advance

Yeah, your speedometer will not be off. I switched from 245/50/16 to 275/40/17 and 315/35/17 and didn't have to adjust anything.
I think tirerack's webpage has a calculator that will give the the numbers.

At 25.7", the 275/40R17 is about half an inch shorter than 255/50R16 (26.2"), so the speed difference will be just under 2% (about 1.1 MPH at 60). The 245/50R16 is the same overall diameter as a 275/40R17 and 315/35R17, so there isn't any difference in speed with those sizes. In any case, you shouldn't notice it.
