Default Did a search, but? Can I fit 275/60/15 on a camaro

I want to run 275/60/15 on my 2002 camaro, Mt drag radials most likely, will they fit or rub the bumper or????

Will be on a 15X8 rim with 5.5 BS BTW.

Thanks

The tire size should fit however I don't think 15in rims clear the brakes on our cars, unless you have shaved your calipers.

I think they would fit. I used to run 15x8 pro stars (with the calipers ground). I had a nitto drag radial 275/50/15. My car was lowered with a prokit and I never rubbed them.

You can run those tires, you just need to either
a) grind down your calipers a little or;
b) buy different wheels that fit without grinding like Convo Pro's

Here's a pic of GM Muscle's caliper after grinding to give you an idea of what to do

I know the brakes need to be ground, my question is whether or not the 28" tire will fit.

Someone did it here a little while back, but I think it was a 10" rim. Looked pretty good. They might be close to rubbing around the bumper cover though.

Centerline Convo Pro's or Warriors, or Bogarts.

I put on a 325/50/15 on a 10" rim 7.5" BS. I did trim the bumper cover just a hair, you'd never notice it. Its all good, barely had to do anything.
