Default Lightest on budget?

Alright, looking for a set of wheels/tires that will grip well and lose some weight in the process, looking at the centerline(whatevers lightest), and weld(draglites i assume), then of course bogarts but bogarts are a little expensive, what would you suggest, I'll be using the 15x10 and 15x3.5 or 4.

Most of the weight savings come from the front skinny's. Just run some welds up front with stock 16" wheels and et streets in the rear.

well I found I could get a set all around of draglites for 600$, i thought that would be pretty good for gettin me good traction and lose a little weight.
