I have a vibration at high speeds (100+). Has a new aluminum driveshaft, clutch and flywheel. My bushings throughout the car are shot and dryrotted. Front and possibly back rotors are warped. Is it a safe bet that the bushings and rotors are causing this?

I was told a 17 x 9.5 inch rim fits w/ the propper offset on a 94 trans am. I want to do four of those with 275s all the way around. Will this work?
