what is the best way to clean torque thrust IIs?

Meguiar's Hot Wheels cleaner in the pink bottle works good for me

Soap and water then, use mothers wheel polish or polishing wheel and buff the hell out of them. Invest in some Zoop Seal it will be the best money you ever spent.

i use soap and water too then hit it up with a little flitz buff ball action....
