Default will 114.3 work on 115?

first of all, this is for my 98 bonneville, not the trans am. so they won't be seeing sticky tires or high speeds. how risky would it be to put 114.3 rims on instead of the 115 mm? it is only .7 mm . . . .

They usually have a habit of loosening over time. If you want to use them, you should make a point of checking the tightness every month or so. Since most people don't want to check them or will forget, they are usually not recommended.
