Mickey Thompson Drag Radials I noticed that Mickey Thompson recommends a 10” wheel for their 255/50/16 drag radials. Will an 8” wheel be a safe choice for these same tires or will I have problems?
Also, why do they, Mickey Thompson, recommend a 10” wheel for the 255/50/16 but only a 9” wheel for the 275/40/17? I have an idea as to why, but I am not positive for the reason or could this be a misprint.
