What kind of lug nut to the take? Are they a closed end chrome or some kind os Simulator? Thanks

They are the kind that are open-ended and threaded on the outside to house a lug nut cover cap.

For the record, the ones in the pic are for SS style wheels. The caps for 10spokes look different. Check SLP's site for what those look like.
